Debutto felice all'Hub di Identità Golose per le due colonne del ristorante Tèrra di Copenhagen. Nel menu, assaggi esplosivi e sensibilità contemporanee.

Una sorpresa per chi non li conosceva, accelerata dalla sorpresa di verificare che, dietro all’estetica minimal, si nascondevano sapori forti, le memorie ataviche delle origini che questi due ragazzi conservano intatte. Un avamposto di nuova cucina italiana nella città che più di tutte si distingue per creatività e innovazione d’Europa.
