+ small/large non-alcoholic pairing 500,- / 1000,-

All prices include 25% VAT and are subject to change.

Kindly inform us in advance about any food allergy or dietary restrictions (pescatarian) to allow our chefs time to accomodate your requests. For the winter menu we can’t accomodate vegetarian menus.

We are not able to make a full vegan menu.

Minimum 48 h prior to the booking.


Tèrra is conceived as a place for re-aweking senses and emotions. It's a place where taste plays a fundamental role. Menu is a surprise and we will guide through the journey. Let’s have fun!



At Tèrra we respect our Mother Nature.

Each menu tells about a specific time of the year and season.

It’s our chef tribute to the local danish farmers and their products, to the fish from the nordic sea, the ingredient he and his team foraged in Nature. At Tèrra we celebrate and respect the ingredient and every part of it, including its scraps. Through creativity we maximise it, reusing every part, transforming most of the leftovers in byproducts, until only fibres are left. It’s a daily commitment for a no food waste restaurant.

For us sustainability is not just a slogan but it’s a deep belief.
